一、主要用途

適用于棉織品，毛衣或其他要求漿料印在織布上無(wú)手感的印花效果，乳液穩(wěn)定性良好，重復(fù)印率高，清洗方便，印花后織物有良好的皂洗性。

二、性狀

1、外觀：乳白色糊狀。

2、離子性：陰離子。

3、粘度：110000-130000CPS。

4、組成：特殊共聚物。

5、PH值：7.0-8..0

6、貯存常用溫,密閉一年。

三、特性

G50-2高遮蓋白漿：穩(wěn)定性良好，精細(xì)光滑，紋理清晰，接近拔印效果，無(wú)味，透氣性好，能在深色布上進(jìn)行彩色印花的高遮蓋水漿

G51-2仿彩漿：穩(wěn)定性良好，手感超柔軟，精細(xì)光滑，紋理清晰，接近拔印效果，無(wú)味，透氣性好，能在深色布上進(jìn)行彩色印花的高遮蓋水漿

G51-3超柔軟拔透：穩(wěn)定性良好，手感超柔軟，得色率高，精細(xì)光滑，紋理清晰，接近拔印效果，無(wú)味，透氣性好，能在深色布上進(jìn)行彩色印花的高遮蓋水漿

四、印花工藝

本品選用100-120目絲網(wǎng)，一般印2次2刀即可。

印花-干燥-熱處理：130°C-150°C過(guò)熱1-5分鐘，如需要調(diào)色，直接用彩印漿+白漿調(diào)入色種5%以內(nèi)。

五、注意事項(xiàng)：

1）如印制深色易掉色的布料，必須要檢驗(yàn)顏色是否回升華到漿料表面，以免造成不必要的損失。

2）由于印花面料的多樣化，和一些外在的不確定因素做大貨之前先小樣實(shí)驗(yàn)確定以后方可批量生產(chǎn)。未確定情況使用或操作不當(dāng)引起的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題本公司概不負(fù)責(zé)

三．Features

G50-2 high covering white pulp：Good stability,fine and smooth,clear textures,close to discharge print effect,odorless,good permeability,which is a high covering slurry that can be printed on dark cloth.

G51-2 imitated colored pulp：Goodstability,super soft hand feel,fine and smooth,clear textures,close to discharge print effect,odorless,good permeability,which is a high covering slurry that can be printed on dark cloth.

G51-3 super soft discharge clear pulp：Good stability,super soft hand feel,good color yield rate,fine and smooth,clear textures,close to discharge print effect,odorless,good permeability,which is a high covering slurry that can be printed on dark cloth.

四．Printing technology

This product chooses 100-120mesh silk screen, print two times and scrape two times as usual.

Printing-drying-heat pressure:Over flashing1-5minutes at 130-150℃，if need adjust color,using discharge like color+white paste within 5% pigment.

五．Notes:

1)If print on dark fabric which is easy to fade,must have a test that the color whether sublimate on surface of paste, in order to cause unnecessary losses.

2)Due to variety of printing fabric and some uncertain factors outdoor,must have a test before in a batch production.Our company is not responsible for quality problem which caused by wrong operation or using under uncertain condition.
