五、操作流程
100-120目網(wǎng)板水性尖刀---(印花2刀---閃干)X3次---焙烘(130~150℃×1~2分鐘)
六、注意事項
1、添加固化劑可有效提高印花面的牢固度,以滿足特殊面料或高要求的印花,添加了固化劑的印花色漿必須在24小時內用完;對于高彈拉架布,羅紋布的印花可用透明漿Z-1026C打底印花1-2次,以提高印花的彈性。
2、印花后必須將印花面進行充分的熱處理(焙烘),才能完全顯示其優(yōu)異的印花效果。如自然晾干,必須在72小時后方可測試牢度。
3、該產(chǎn)品的貯存期為12個月,請保存在低溫干燥處,使用后必須將蓋子蓋緊,以免表面結皮,影響再次使用。
4、因化工產(chǎn)品本身存在多變性,無論本公司提供的小樣還是大貨,工廠均需按指定的工藝條件認真打樣,待各項牢度檢測合格后方可投入大生產(chǎn)。任何未經(jīng)測試而造成的損失,本公司概不承擔。

五、Operation process
Using 100-120 mesh screen to scrape,twice for one time,total three times——Drying (130-150℃ for 1-2 minutes.)
六、Notes
1、Adding curing agent can improve fastness efficiently to meet customers needs of printing on special fabric or high requirements of printing,the paste which has already added curing agent must be used up within 24 hours; As for high stretch Indiana cloth and rib fabric could use z-1026c clear to scrape as render for 1-2 times to improve the elasticity of fabric.
2、After printing,the surface of fabric must make a hot treatment(drying),so that it can show the excellent printing effect of paste. If natural drying,making a test of fastness must after 72 hours.
3、The storage of this product is 12 months,should be stored in a cool and dry place,by the way,after use should be tighten the lid securely to avoid skim foaming, affect reuse.
4、Due to the chemical product exists variability,whatever samples or finished products provided by our company, the factory should accord identified conditions to make a test, after the results will be ok ,then you can in mass production. Otherwise we are not responsible for any losses.
