G2825PUD活性（粘合劑）固漿

一：物化指數(shù)：

A: physical and chemical index:

◆外觀：乳白色流體液態(tài)液體（顯藍(lán)光）

◆ appearance: milky white fluid (liquid liquid was blue)

◆含固量(solid content)：25±2%

◆PH值：7.0-7.5

◆離子性(ionic)：非離子 (nonionic)

二：使用說明：

B:Instructions for use:

◆涂料印花： 粘合劑（15-25%+水70-80%+增稠劑3.5-5%）攪拌均勻即可，快干產(chǎn)品可加入5-10%的407印花水和1%乳化劑減少水含量；加入色漿調(diào)成印花漿料。顏色深淺可以調(diào)整粘合劑比率，一般比率為：粘合劑4.0：色漿1；熒光色5:1.

◆ pigment printing binder: (15%+: water 83%+ thickening agent 2%) mixing evenly, quick-drying products can be added to the 5-10%'s No. 120 solvent and 1% emulsifier to reduce the water content to tune into the printing paste paste. The color depth can be adjusted binder ratio, the general ratio of 4.5: 1: adhesive paste; fluorescent color 4:1.

三：產(chǎn)品性能：（product performance）:

◆ 交聯(lián)方式：中低溫交聯(lián)，焙烘110-130℃，適合隧道和蒸汽烘干。

◆ 固色原理：以活性基團(tuán)和極性基團(tuán)附帶顏色基團(tuán)的粒子和纖維產(chǎn)生電荷達(dá)到附著
